Twisted with texturized silica fiber yarns that will not burn and withstand continuous exposure to temperature of 2012°F/1100°C, short term exposure up to 3002°F/1650°C. These ropes resist most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents. it's highly flexible and comformable. Mainly used as a gasket or seals on boilers, coke oven, industrial oven and wood stove/pellet stove doors, also used for crucible packing and pollution control equipment, etc.
